Racks on Racks on Racks…..of Books!
Today I visited Kramersbooks for the first time which is apparently, a DC staple which I of course, knew nothing about. It’s not very big, but is still HEAVEN for book lovers. There are tons of new selections and popular books that everyone has heard about, but there is a focus on political/economic/philosophy books that makes it stand from a mainstream bookstore. I didn’t get to stay very long, but I walked away with one small purchase (Democracy, by Joan Didion) and I cannot wait to go back! There is nothing more exciting than a bookstore. And it has a cool cafe too! I mean, what more is there?
