Moroccan Chicken + Yellow Rice

Several months ago I experienced a random desire to cook like crazy, and bought (for $3) the O Magazine cookbook. I was so excited about it, I even bookmarked all of the recipes I wanted to try. Well, needless to say, the cookbook has been sitting idle on my desk for the past few months. But today, I finally cracked it open and tried an adapted version of one of my bookmarked recipes, Moroccan chicken. It was delicious, and my simplified version is super easy and quick to make. And now I have other options besides dousing my chicken breast in Lawry’s seasoning. Looking at the cookbook has revived all my former passion for the yummy-looking recipes, so hopefully you’ll be seeing more soon!
