Adventurous Amber
Today I went kayaking for the first time! It was really a lot of fun and it was absolutely the perfect sunny day for it. I’m so glad I tried something new, kayaking is surprisingly gentle and relaxing and the place we went to was sooo cute!. I think I’ll have to make regular kayaking trips in the future! Here are some pics from my trip:)

The Ambitious Girl
Wale
I’ve been listening to this song by Wale called “Ambitious Girl” I love love love the song, not just because of the laid back beat but because of the amazing lyrics. While all guys may not be like Wale, it was refreshing to hear a guy talk about wanting to be with a girl who has ambition. And I think drive and ambition are one of the most attractive characteristics of a guy. This song is so totally appropriate as I’m starting a new semester that I hope will be even better than the last. It will definitely be on repeat. :)

Here are some things that have been on my mind for a while. I’m hoping to purchase these items (or a cheaper version of the same) in the near future! But we’ll see….
1. Alloy Teal Wedge Heels
I have decided I’m going to try and wear more heels and I thought these were cool! I don’t know if I’ll be able to walk in them though! haha
2. Floor length skirt
I really want a nice, long, flowy skirt. I have seen some cute ones like this one from American Apparel but I’m still on the lookout.
3. Pants
So the third thing on my wish list are a nice pair of pants. I’m not sure what kind I want exactly, but I want something cute, comfortable, and not denim. I really like both of these from J.Crew. So adorable!
